Each participant is required to have a kids-themed element of their booth to make for a fun, interactive experience!
UPDATE: We are at our limit on sweet treats and juices/lemonade. Other themed food items will be considered for acceptance.
We have an optional event feature called "Taparazzi" for you to engage with customers, this allows for data collection for attendees that tap your code.
Each family that comes to the event will receive a tap band and put in their profile information.
As they go through the event, they will tap their band with exhibitors to gather information, coupons, promos, sign ups, etc. This will allow for a transfer of info on both sides.
If you are a sponsor, this is included in your fee. If you are not a sponsor (vendor or commercial booth), this feature is available for a $130 profile set up fee. You will have access to the data for 4-6 months.
