With our VIP pass, you get a variety of event merchandise, and fun perks at the event!

We have a dedicated VIP-only area for the Slime Station/Brick Build Station activities. Only VIP attendees will get to build and take home an activity. 

The biggest perk is the Character Photo Room! VIP attendees will receive special privileges to see many characters all at once, and take photos with less wait time!

**If you have multiple children that would like to attend the VIP area, a VIP ticket is required for ALL children (including under 3)** GA attendees are not allowed into the VIP area, with the exception of a GA chaperone if needed to accompany VIP children.

Children under 3 get free general admission. VIP ticket must be purchased for VIP access.

Yes, tickets are valid for both days of the event. 

VIP merchandise is a one-time redemption.

Yes, tickets may be purchased onsite with cash or card. A digital ticket will be emailed to you through TicketSpice.

We have a great lineup of characters that will make an appearance at ImagineNation Expo!

*Characters will be rotated throughout the day, we cannot guarantee visitors to see every character during their visit.*

VIP attendees will have a dedicated room to take photos with multiple characters in one area. 

GA attendees can find characters scattered throughout the event at photo stations. 

Character lineup includes but is not limited to: Spiderman, Minion, Olaf, Mario and Luigi, PJ Mask, Paw Patrol, Spongebob, Bluey, Stitch, Pikachu, Cinderella, Ariel, and more!

A large majority of the activities are included in the general admission ticket. Few activities including but not limited to gem mining, caricature drawings, and face painting may have an additional charge.

Some activities such as slime station, and brick build are reserved for the VIP area. 

Wait times will vary per activity, and what time of day you visit. Since most activities are included in GA tickets, you may wait in lines for activities such as pickleball, character photos, gaming station, etc.

No, pets are not allowed inside the convention centers. Service animals are permitted.

There are two elevators and two sets of stairwells available for easy access to the second level. The event is wheelchair accessible.

Kids of all ages are welcome to dress up in their favorite superhero, storybook character, or princess costume! **Costumes must be family-friendly**

We will be sharing a detailed map as we get closer to the event with activity stations and a list of vendors that will be attending! Attendees will also be given an interactive wristband to engage with vendors throughout the event. 

We do not offer senior or student discounts.

We offer 10% off tickets for military and first responders. Discounted tickets may be purchased at the door, badge ID must be shown to receive discount. Discounted tickets apply to GA and VIP, not Family Bundles.

We do offer discounts for groups of 10 or more. Please contact us at info@imaginenationexpo.com for group pricing.

Yes! The event is going to be held indoors on two floors. It will be rain or shine, and we have a few additional activities to participate in on the front patio. 

Bags are allowed at the event, bags may be subject to safety check before entering the event. We will be giving out complimentary tote bags to carry all of your goodies that you gather throughout your visit!

To help prevent congestion in the aisleways and booths, only compact necessary strollers are permitted in the event, please plan accordingly. Seating will be available throughout the event for rest areas. Stroller parking will be available in the front foyer. 

There are a lot of scammers on social media that will try to sell fake tickets. Tickets are only sold through our official TicketSpice webpage, they are also available for purchase at the door. 

When purchasing tickets online, you may choose to add purchase protection to your order. In the event you need to cancel, all ticket refund requests will be handled through the purchase protection company. ImagineNation Expo does not handle ticket refunds for cancellations, all tickets without purchase protection are non-refundable.
