IMAGINE NATION EXPO LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE AGREEMENT 

(PLEASE READ CAREFULLY – THIS DOCUMENT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS)

By purchasing a ticket and attending Imagine Nation Expo (the “Event”), the ticket holder (“Attendee”) acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

Attendee understands and accepts that participation in activities at Imagine Nation Expo involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or other unforeseen circumstances. Attendee VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISKS associated with attendance and participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Attendee WAIVES, RELEASES, AND FOREVER DISCHARGES Imagine Nation Expo, its organizers, sponsors, vendors, staff, volunteers, and affiliates (the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation, including CLAIMS OF NEGLIGENCE by the Released Parties.

Attendee AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the Released Parties from any legal claims, expenses, damages, or liabilities that may result from participation in the Event.

If Attendee is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must agree to the terms of this waiver on behalf of the minor. Parent/Guardian ASSUMES ALL RISKS associated with the minor’s participation in any and all activities and AGREES TO RELEASE LIABILITY as outlined above.

Attendee acknowledges that the provisions in this waiver are CONSPICUOUS and provide FAIR NOTICE under Texas law. Attendee agrees that this waiver meets all Texas enforceability requirements.

Attendee understands that Imagine Nation Expo may capture photographs or recordings during the Event for promotional purposes and GRANTS PERMISSION for their image to be used without compensation.

By purchasing a ticket and attending Imagine Nation Expo, Attendee AFFIRMS they have read, understood, and voluntarily accept the terms of this waiver. Attendee further agrees that failure to adhere to Event policies may result in removal WITHOUT REFUND.
